As part of the Improtech @ Paris 2025 workshop-festival, IRCAM is hosting the Improtech@Paris concerts in its one-of-a-kind venue, the Espace de projection, encouraging a threefold synthesis: among acoustic instrumental culture and the original form of interactive artificial intelligence developed by the REACH project, solo improvisation and writing for mixed ensemble, and spatialization and immersive sound, both reimagined through creative AI. This explosive combination, backed by leading artistic figures in composition, improvisation, performance, and technology, is sure to make the sixth edition of Improtech truly dazzling.
