As part of the Boulez centenary celebrations, the Éditions de la Philharmonie published the Catalogue de l’œuvre de Pierre Boulez in March 2025. Compiled by Alain Galliari and illustrated with over 300 documents (photographs, unpublished scores, press clippings, family archives), this collective work traces Pierre Boulez's trajectory in the musical and cultural history of the 20th century through the prism of his music, from his early works to his last unfinished manuscripts.

This catalog reveals and clarifies the links between Boulez’ compositions—without creating a hierarchy among them—which are presented chronologically revealing the writing of an open and labyrinthine body of work.

Two days before the performance of Poésie pour Pouvoir (1958) at the Philharmonie de Paris, and organized by the IRCAM Resource Center, this event, moderated by François-Xavier Féron, brings together several of the figures behind this editorial adventure.

With Alain Galliari (author of the publication), ß (director of the Éditions de la Philharmonie), Robert Piencikowski (musicologist), Susanne Gärtner (performer, musicologist), Laurent Bayle (curator of the Boulez 2025 year, former director of IRCAM and the Philharmonie de Paris).

Moderated by François-Xavier Féron (CNRS researcher in the Musical Practices Analysis team at the STMS laboratory - IRCAM, Sorbonne University, CNRS, Ministry of Culture).
