The 6-day program is divided into two distinct times: the mornings are dedicated to advanced subjects in Max and the afternoons are spent on hands-on exercises connected to your project. The course is led by specialized instructors/computer-music designers.
Prerequisites
Participants must have advanced knowledge of Max programming or have successfully completed the Max: Musical Programming course. Knowledge of the Max tutorials (Basic tutorials 1-11, Max MIDI and MSP tutorials "Topics & Basics) is required.
To access the tutorials listed above, download the demo version Max 7 on the Cycling74 website. Then, select choose File> Browse Files in the menu. Choose Cycling74>Tutorials in the displayed window. Choose : Max Tutorials (open "Table of contents"): Max Basics de 1 à 11 and Max MIDI. For MSP Tutorials (open "Table of contents"): Topics and Basics

- Monday morning: Presentation of participants’ projects
- Monday afternoon: Architecture of a patch
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday Mornings: Class-Workshop
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday Afternoons: Hands-on work with instructors
The structure of the course will be adapted according to the needs and projects presented by the participants.
