“Imagine that you are asked to sing the song that you remember most from your childhood. The song the most important to you. Each of us has, deep down inside, one or several songs like this”, Pascal Dusapin.

And so was born Lullaby Experience and its gathering of childhood melodies. Using an app, each participant sings their favorite song. As these lullabies are recorded, they are catalogued and classified and then used by the machine according to criteria concerning the tonality, expression, plasticity. The experience becomes a sonic continuum using a thousand sources and a thousand different inflections; an atmospheric installation, sweet and cruel, with a swing, feathers, and an oversized bed. Lullaby Experience: childhood and its spells.
