Anaïs-Nour Benlachhab

Anaïs-Nour Benlachhab (France, b. 1996) is a composer, performer, and guitarist. She developed her passion for transdisciplinary creation by linking different disciplines such as puppetry, choreography, and theatre mixed with composition. Her Master’s degree research and thesis is on acoustic ecology. Benlachhab specializes in the analysis of sonic landscapes and soundscapes composition.

Benlachhab has composed many projects in collaboration with the Cairn ensemble, the quartet Quasar, Whilem Latchoumia, Bianka Drodzyk, the Berlin ensemble KNM, Alica Minard, the Philharmonie de Paris, the Grame, the studio éOle, and others.

Benlachhab holds a diploma in guitar, dance and electroacoustic composition from the Conservatoire de Montpellier and the Université de Toulouse. In 2022, she obtained a Master's degree in composition, studying under Wolfgang Heiniger at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler of Berlin.
