Pascal Keiser develops and manages cross-cutting projects between culture, society and the economy. He has been the co-founder and general coordinator of French Tech Culture from 2013 to 2017, the French government's national culture and digital label. He is co-founder of The European Bridge Accelerator, accompanying young start-ups on culture & technology cross-cutting issues in Avignon. He was the director of Technocité Creative Industries Knowledge Center in Mons from 2007 to 2017.

He also directed the digital program of Mons 2015, European Capital of Culture, and was the artistic curator of the digital museum project as part of the Micro-Folies de La Villette inaugurated in early 2017 in Sevran (Seine-Saint-Denis) - this project is currently under national and international development.

He is a member of the of the European Commission's new H2020 VERTIGO STARTS program steering committee, led by IRCAM-Centre Pompidou with EPFL Lausanne and Fraunhofer.This program aims to create new relationships between artists and the best European and global innovation platforms.

Pascal Keiser is also the founder and president of the Manufacture Collectif Contemporain at the Festival Off d'Avignon and teaches in the Cultural Development Strategy Master's program at the university of the same city. He also lectures at various universities (State University New York) and festivals (SXSW) internationally.
