How would you describe your relationship with the place you live in? What has it to offer beyond the apperances?
Assisted by teachers and a skilled team of experts in photography, sound and graphic design, media students from the Bjørnholt high school have created an installation using the TACT audio-visual environment to tell their own stories about their local area and their place within it.
Developed by the electronic music centre IRCAM / Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, TACT (for Touching / Auditioning / Composing / Transmitting) is designed to be used by audiences of all ages. It allows you to interpret and reshape an environment by interacting with image and sound on a large touch screen, thus improvising with an open partition especially designed for the hosting institution. Here they can explore the content created by the students and become part of their audiovisual stories.
