Pockets of Space
This creation, presented as an installation, is the result of a project by Marc Downie and Paul Kaiser, and Natasha Barrett. Familiar with exhibition spaces like the MOMA or the Barclay Center in London, OpenEndedGroup had never counterpointed their exploration of 3D space in a sonic field. Here, they are meeting spatialized composition through Natasha Barrett, its internationally acclaimed master, from Oslo to Linz. On the du Centre Pompidou’s huge stage, covered by a dome of loudspeakers (Ambisonics), the public is invited to experience large-scale "pockets of space" in parallel to the exhibit "Coder le Monde".
