Moving Sounds is a performance for a group of guitarists where the body and movement come together or clash against each other. The composer Benjamin Dupé plays with ideas of the individual and cloning: exposing the six guitarists’ movements, each manipulating the same instrument, as if they were fairground machines performing a microscopic juggling routine. The circus artist Jérôme Thomas interacts with his accomplice, Henry Fourès’ Open Source Guitars in a choreography of poetic, visual, and audio movement.
