With spatial audio technology rapidly advancing in applications such as virtual reality, spatial music, multimedia and gaming, 3D sound plays an increasingly important role. From modelling and measurement, through signal processing, to sound reproduction, the challenges for achieving high quality spatial audio are still numerous.

This symposium aims at bringing together researchers in the domain of spatial audio to address new technological challenges and examine the latest scientific advances and possibilities.
