In connection with the exhibition Patrimoines en resistance (lit. Heritage in Resistance), this discussion addresses the question of repair and reconstruction—a process that involves territories, populations, and memories, even before the end of conflict. Among the forms of restoration considered, the acoustic and visual modeling of damaged or erased heritage reflects a desire to bring life back to these places.
