The recent death of Jonathan Harvey on December 5 touches the entire IRCAM team. We have lost someone close to us, and an extraordinary musician.

Jonathan Harvey's oeuvre found a special place for research, creation, and expression at IRCAM, including Mortuos plango, Wagner Dream, and Speakings, recently performed at the Cologne Philharmonic.

Our current artistic season is dedicated to Harvey. We pay tribute to the composer through the vitality and continual presence of his music during our upcoming events, in France and abroad.
