Prices are in Euros. Price indicated at the time of purchase is binding. IRCAM can modify prices at any time.
Discounted Forum membership requests must be accompanied by valid ID within 48 hours of the initial request.
Forum memberships are not subject to a VAT.
IRCAM will use its best efforts to ensure that the website is functional and current, but does not warrant that the servers on which the website operates are free of viruses and other harmful components or that your use of the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Purchasers have a seven-day period from the date of purchase to return merchandise. Merchandise must be unopened for any exchange or reimbursement. All shipping costs remain the charge of the purchaser.
The same fee is charged for a given training program, regardless of the method of payment (i.e. whether the training program is paid for by the student as an individual or as a part of the student's further training). Only IRCAM Forum members (Forum Studio, Forum Research or Pass Forum) are eligible for a discount.
Registration is confirmed only upon reception of payment. You have ten days to cancel registration. If you wish to cancel after this ten-day period, a charge of 30% of the course fee will be retained. 100% of the course fee will be retained in the case of cancellations made on or after the start date of the course.
If you are registering as a part of professional training, please return your completed registration form at least 30 days before the chosen course.
The number of participants is limited for each training program. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
IRCAM accepts payment only by certain credit cards (Carte Bleue or Visa).
Payment is carried out online following the general terms and conditions of the "Paybox" payment system. All data is protected and encrypted before transmission to the payment-processing center. Security for transactions is ensured by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. One payment is authorized per order.
For ticket purchases, the name on the credit card must match the name on the ticket(s).
Concert tickets are sent via normal post. IRCAM is not responsible for any loss, theft, or delay incurred during shipping. All complaints concerning tickets or subscriptions must be made by telephone and confirmed in writing.
Your password required to download the Forum software programs is sent 72 hours following reception of payment and any ID requested for any discounts. This 72-hour period is given for information only and is not guaranteed. A delay does not authorize the purchaser to cancel their purchase, to refuse merchandise, or to claim damages. IRCAM will send confirmation of the order by e-mail.
Upon reception of the password, the membership is confirmed. The software bouquet ordered cannot be exchanged for another. Invoices are sent by e-mail.
Software on CD or DVD supports are sent using a registered package or letter service upon reception of payment, including shipping fees, if the contents are adapted to this means of delivery. Publications are sent using a standard postal rate (shipping fees must be paid by the client). IRCAM is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage of merchandise, or delay in the delivery of software or publications. Software and publications are available in limited quantities. IRCAM is can not be held liable in the case of a stock shortage.
In the case of the cancellation of a performance by IRCAM, the cost of the ticket(s) will be returned to the purchaser within 2 months from the concert date. If IRCAM must cancel a training course the fees will be returned in full.
In the case of contention concerning payment(s), either the bank, or the agency responsible will be consulted.
Any conflicts will be brought exclusively in the courts governing the IRCAM headquarters.
