La Nuit tombe...

A unique location - a hotel room - where three stories cross and overlap.

The play imagined by Guillaume Vincent, "a machine for stage" where the sound plays an active role in the dramatic action, finds its inspiration in the fim-makers of whom he is fond (Bergman, Bresson, Buñuel, and Fassbinder) and dives into a universe where fantasy and reality are closely interwoven. In this imaginary hotel, located somewhere in Havana or Shanghai in the 1930s, or perhaps in today's South America or Russia, we hear family stories, stories about sisters and a father, about weddings and separations, about falling in love, falling out of love, about hopes, and about failures.
